Ask Finn is a connection service that helps homeowners find and connect with local service providers. We are not a service provider ourselves. We do not perform any home services, pest control, repairs, or other work. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between users and independent service providers.

No Guarantee of Work Quality

Ask Finn does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the services provided by any service provider you may contact through our platform. All service providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Ask Finn.

We make no representations about:

• The qualifications, licensing, or insurance status of any service provider
• The quality or outcome of any work performed
• Pricing, availability, or timeliness of services
• The accuracy of any information provided by service providers

Your Responsibility

It is your responsibility to verify the credentials of any service provider before hiring them. We strongly recommend that you:

• Verify that the service provider holds any required licenses for your state or locality
• Confirm that the service provider carries appropriate insurance coverage
• Get written estimates and contracts before work begins
• Check references and reviews from other customers
• Understand the scope of work and payment terms before agreeing

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask Finn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our service or inability to use our service
• Any services performed or not performed by service providers
• Any conduct or content of any service provider or third party
• Any property damage, personal injury, or other harm resulting from services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to Ask Finn, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ask Finn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our service or your interactions with any service provider.

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our SMS opt-in form, you consent to receive text messages from Gladspace Media LLC (Ask Finn) related to your inquiry. Message frequency is 1-3 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
